Ice Max Viola lays wide bands of tangled veining across a milky white ground, and the veins carry a plum-to-violet tint that you can see even from across the room. The pattern runs roughly horizontally in thick, layered drifts, so this slab looks best on a long island or a full-height backsplash where the movement has space. It is part of Compac's Ice of Genesis collection by designer Arik Levy and comes polished in 2cm and 3cm. Try it with matte white or pale gray flat-panel cabinets and brushed nickel, or use it as a feature vanity top in a powder room.
