White marble-look quartz with bold veining
Ice Max Gold keeps a bright white upper field and concentrates its drama in a heavy lower band of bronze, copper and gray veining. Some areas look almost like rust-colored mineral deposits. Because the gold tones sit in clusters rather than thin lines, the slab has a warm, earthy weight. Compac makes it polished in 2cm and 3cm, within the Arik Levy-designed Ice of Genesis collection. Warm walnut, cream or deep green cabinets and brass or champagne hardware suit it. On a waterfall island, the vein band can be positioned to run down the sides.
